Kinji founded Community Solutions Financial LLC on a simple belief: middle-income families deserve the same coordinated financial guidance wealthy families get. For 30 years, he has helped families and small businesses accumulate, protect, and transfer wealth — combining accounting, tax planning, financial advising, and estate planning under one roof.
A licensed financial advisor, Kinji has served on the Finance Committee of the Southeast Delco School District board and was honored by the City of Philadelphia with a Mayor's Day of Service award.

Mrs. Chrisheena Ridley — better known as "The Butterfly Queen" — is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Educational Consultant & Mentor, and the Founder of I See You Mentoring, a local nonprofit in Delaware County, PA.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Neumann University and a Master's in Counseling in Education from Wilmington University, and has served in numerous executive positions, including President of Operations for the Delco Sports Club, the parent organization of the Delco Desperados professional basketball team of the American Basketball Association.
Chrisheena wants everyone she comes into contact with to feel confident enough to live a life of purpose, on purpose — and to be reminded that God sees them.
Ramona Boyd

Ms. Ramona Boyd brings over 35 years of corporate experience as an administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in America. She has also served as an administrative assistant for numerous other organizations, from nonprofits to churches.
Ramona became the caregiver of her elderly parents and developed a passion for helping those in need. From this passion, she founded Agape Love Caregiving Services, a local nonprofit that supports the caregiver. She believes in service to others and attention to detail — so much so that she started her own accessory business, Bedazzle Gems, where her slogan is "Dare to Be Different!"
